She has always gone above and beyond the required services and has even helped out in emergency situations. Her work is thorough and always on schedule. If there’s something that needs special attention, she has always notified me right away. I will miss her and I highly recommend that whoever purchases this home, retains her services.

Kim has done an outstanding job for us. Our hot tub is always sparkling and ready for us and/or guests. She notifies us when repairs need to be made and watches over the vendor to be sure they are done. Her work is excellent and she is always smiling so she is a pleasure to work with.
